This plan was actioned in 2016/2017 by the WHO.

Nah, seriously though. Seen an article about a week ago that stated Australia has surpassed 1000 deaths from covid, which is debatable seeing how they've been pumping the numbers by throwing in other deaths that may not have been associated with covid. But the most notable thing about it, was at least 90% of those that had passed on were in the 70+ age bracket, with many of them around the 90yo mark.

By using the excuse of we'll find more staff to process the claims.

Good pick up Indy, I didn't notice the www1. Just did a quick look around and found the following:

It (often) means that your request is being handled by a different server than the primary one the website uses. Big websites like Macys get so much traffic that they have several servers to make sure the site loads properly for everyone.

They have something called a 'load balancer' that, as the name suggests, balances the workload by splitting up the traffic between different servers. This could be based on location (so you're always sent to www1) or based on workload (you get www1 one day, and www2 the next). Other factors can also play a role.
