RANT WARNING.

fucking doctors.
had an appointment for my friend in hospital ( locked mental ward) today as her next of kin.
told it was 11am but come at 9.30 and wait because they might see her any time. ok.

i wait. 11 comes and i see my friend in the room they allow visitors. all good. 11.20 we buzz for norse to see where doctor is.

“doctor isn’t in today”

WHY THE FUCK DODNT YOU TELL ME OR HER THAT? even if they only found out this morning. i spoke to them at 9.30 telling them i was waiting for doctor.

yep i've had very similar experiences @Harry bootlace as an out outpatient , systems broken & most likely worse now than it's been in my time
