Hello everyone. Been lurking a while so decided to join. I retired from work early last year and moved up here from Melbourne as couldn't afford another house down there as gave my last one to my ex a few years ago. Was able to afford a rickety 100 year old queenslander in a fairly sleepy mid size town up here. Due to my previous line of work and a drug testing regime that was brought in about 10 years ago, I've only just started smoking and growing again. I set up a little grow room under the house by partitioning off part of my laundry.

On my third grow now. Did two auto grows that went pretty OK and now I'm on a grow of Chiquita Banana Fems. Just flipped to 12/12 earlier this week. I used to do some nice outdoor and rooftop grows 20 to 30 years ago but after having kids I had to stop growing. Anyway, back in the game now. Here is a pick of where I'm up to now.

I had a break from smoking and growing for about 10 years. Nice to get back to it. Life is much improved with cannabis. Main issue in QLD is the bloody humidity from December to February.

Thanks. Yeah, touch wood, so far. so good. Had a small caterpillar issue a few weeks ago but that is sorted.
Was thinking of trying to put a scrog net in there but I'm a very lazy and it's a tight work space. Maybe next time ?

I get loads of pillars in my back yard. Already started munching my raspberry shrub.

Scrog will be tricky with hand watering. I tried scrog but didn’t defoil enough and had humidity problems.

Nice grow, they all have great colour, although the one in the middle front looks like it's starting to claw.
Is it oversensitive to nutes or something or is it just the strain's characteristics?

Dunno. Keeping my eye on it. Haven't grown these before. Supposed to be as strong as fuck. We shall see.
I probably have too many going here. Unfortunately no outside options due to neighbours and viewpoints
to my garden. Had 10/10 germination so I'm stuck with them. In hindsight a bit of a waste of seeds.

Dont know if u worry about p.h 2 much, but i've noticed over at least last 5 yrs here in s.e.q the bloody rainwater ph changes like u wouldn't believe
Maybe its my gutters but between 6.1 and 7.3 not unusual

3 weeks since flip. I was expecting (hoping) these would stretch a lot more. Oh well. Chiquita Banana fems from WSE.
No smell yet. Any feedback welcome.
