Nothing but sours FOREVER if you use those plastic fermenters again. It might be possible to save them with a complete disassemble & nuking everything with strong bleach solution for a week or so, but once those nasties are entrenched, no amount of cleaning/sanitising will save them. Keep them for sours only & get new ones for "proper" beers.
Yeah bleach bombing it is the next step. I'm gonna be fuming if I make another sour after though haha

I'm not a fan of sour beers, but if I was to do one, it would be kettle-soured-only, then ferment with a standard yeast.

I DO like a good Lambic in small quantities 'though....:whistle:
