Yup sweet as. I don't even trust the fucking hop pellets now that I've opened the pack. I'll give it all a quick boil
No need to boil the hop pellets, as there should be enough alcohol & sufficiently low pH to suppress any nasties. Plus, if you boil them, you'll get extra bitterness.

If you want to heat-pasteurise hops/coconut infusion, keep it below 80C, that will do the job of pasteurising very quickly.

Kegged the coconut beer this afternoon. Tried it uncarbonated.
Drinkable.
Definitely tastes like coconut.
Don't know how I feel about it just yet lol

Way too early to tell right now. Give it some time to settle down, carbonate & get rid of the rough edges. It may yet surprise you!

Goodonya for giving it a go & hope you kept good notes in case you want to tweak it.
