By definition, its now a dictatorship. Notice how NONE of these decisions have been ratified by his own party through Congress. Even though he has the numbers.

Instead of running anything through his party, all these decisions have been unilateral. Donnie will SLIT THE THROATSof his own party faithful in order to control ALL the money, and ALL the decisions.

His entire party is effectively redundant.
Donnie NO LONGER wants to listen to the Republican Party. No surprise that the dumbest fucks in the world have been duped by Donnie. It was never about THEM, it was always about HIM .
