No palm trees here but some massive ferns and huge old growth forests it is a nice part of the world Tassie as is WA both for there own reasons played state basketball as a young fella and went to WA stayed in Cockburn water was that clear could swim 30m out and still see the bottom beautiful spot

Yeah just 10 min up the rd.Fuck swimming out anywhere here,sharks and big bastards!
Even people getting eaten in the river.
Spent years surfing everyday ,good part of my life in salt water.
Once I saw that poor fella get eaten up near mallaba in Sydney on film ,I'll give it a miss thanks.
Saw some twit the other week @ a dog beach swimming approx 200m out near the cans with his dog!

Yea fuck that then lucky i was young and dumb I remember our basketball manager took us to this flash Italian joint in Fremantle we get to the door they wouldn’t let us in had to have a suite n tie on well a massive wad of hundreds got handed over and in we went got a large spaghetti bolognaise if I was to eat it all I’d still be there and that was 27 odd yrs ago after arguing I’d need the big one cause I was starving went to the local hemp clothes shop in Perth and the lady that owned the joint let us look after her shop whilst she went and bought us ciggies as I was to young then. I just remember a real relaxed joint with good people good beaches and girls wore fuck all clothes as a teenager my idea of heaven
