That was my only grief with soil. The results are great but the pests fuckYep... looks like they are thrips.

Good advice. Have you used them? This is my 3rd year of using predatory insects with good results. Lacewings for caterpillars primarily. Also invested in Carpophilus beetle traps this year thanks to an invasion of them in 2023 (2024 no issue).Predatory mites would help...
