The vivosun 4" exhaust fan keeps the 4ft tent in negative pressure even with the air-conditioning on before this the smell was coming out of the air-conditioning exhaust. Even with the air-conditioning on full blast there's smell out the tent now.
The grow hub E42A was very easy to set-up and is compatible with my digi-lumen 720w light .I was surprised about the temperature outside the tent and I'm waiting for my dehumidifier to turn up then I'm finally all sorted.

6 Inch extraction fan is more suited to a 4 x 4 grow area.

A 4 inch extraction will struggle during last half of flowering, when you need it most.
Yes I do agree with you in what you say I have another 4" exhaust fan drawing from my 4ft on the bottom of the tent to take cooler air to my 3ft going to my veg tent so they are both being cooled by a portable air-conditioning. The vivosun 4" exhaust fan is drawing from the top of the tent to remove heat from the light the root temperatures are pretty consistent at 24°c. This is until I get the split system air-conditioning installed in a couple of months. Then room temp will a constant 24°c and also I have a 6" vivosun sitting in the box waiting for a temperature probe and metal backing plate to come as it wasn't in the box and after this run I'll will be changing my grow setup.

I'm walking a fine line with both tents at moment as heat and humidity are unusually hi for me this time of year.
The feels like temperature is about 34°c at 6pm the doesn't drop in that room until about 9-10pm and that is about 22° till about 6am when it starts rising again I'm running my lights at night for this reason as well

Dehumidifier and air conditioning will help.

But like all mechanical/electrical motors, constantly running them at less than 100% power will prolong their useful life.

A 4 inch fan constantly running at 100% will burn out faster than a 6 inch fan running at 70%.

Im fairly certain ( from my own experience) the fan running at 70% capacity will also be a lot quieter, than a smaller fan running at 100%.

There's a CFM formula online to calculate flowering room air movement . I haven't looked at it for a few years, but I recall a 6 inch extraction being recommended for a 4 x 4 room

Yes I this is all correct. have already 2x4" exhaust fans in the 4ft tent and 2x4" exhaust fan running in the 3ft tent and 1x4"exhaust for transferring air-conditioning from 4tf to 3ft as well I'm slowly upgrading to better equipment like the vivosun exhaust fans 6" and 4", E42A equipment controller and digi-lumen 720w light and so on.
