Best steak ive had in a very long time.
Extremely tender.
Made a little sauce which went well with it, 2 garlic cloves, mushrooms, sweated down, added a shit load of pepper, sprinkle of herbs, 1/3 teaspoon of chicken stock powder, a little water, reduced down and added 2 teaspoons of cream.

Haha ive gone off chicken as of late, was eating it the same way, way too often.

The scotch fillets were $28, the rest looked shit compared to these ones i picked out. Fuck it, tired of the usual mince and shit.

Yep for both. Its an okay price considering coles sells 2x dirty porterhouse steaks for over $30.. Is that mozzarella on the chicken?

Normally the meat market flogs 6 New York steaks for around $30 which i think is pretty decent, not as tender but still better than supermarket meat.
