Virtue signalling can't really be accurately determined without an understanding of the underlying reason for the authors message. So the reader interprets the authors message based on their own view. We all have our life experiences that shaped us as individuals, and how we interpret things like world events and words or pictures on a page

I get a sense, rightly or wrongly that about half of the current TSE membership is a Trump supporter. So its not as though a single member is being constantly singled out for being in the CULT. Granted, it may sometimes appear that way, when replying directly to someone with a strong opposing viewpoint.
You elect to buy in and out of these types of discussions, seemingly based on your mood swings. You opt in on occasions like this, and have previously shared your biased comments about " coloured hair weirdos" , and crying that DJT was crucified by the "weaponisation" of the system.
If nothing else Im at least consistent in my disdain of Trump.
Why shield what's currently happening in the world from TSE eyes, when we're just a similar cross section of opposing views, that are also currently being played out in many parts of the world. TSE is not a safe haven from the world
