No kidding, he does really good quality stuff. Everything is small-batch stuff that he cooks himself. He's become so popular/good that he's now contract-cooking for other hot-sauce companies.
His signature Covid-19 kept his family financially solvent during the pandemic. I can't eat the stuff without diluting it with tomato ketchup! The Garlic Bhut Jolokia is magnificent. Whenever I see him, he throws a few litres of his latest creation at me to try for feedback.
