This appeal by Bruce is the very definition of "grasping at straws" or just plain insanity. Something is very weird with his lawyer, I reckon he's rooted her somehow ? He's now agreeing he raped Higgins but it should be classified as a "soft rape" (she was pissed / unconscious and he forgot to ask for consent) rather than a "violent or forceful rape" he was found to have committed and was accused of, on the balance of probabilities in the first case. The first case where he denied sexual intercourse ever took place under oath. Why would anyone defend this guy ? Lol.
