finance's make it hard for sure , a keto diet would keep you away from lots of carbs like fruit , honey , potatoes & alcohol , drink plain water & eat red meat like beef & lamb , eggs are a perfect vitamin pill & you don't have to have the top cuts of red meat mince made into burgers cooked in it's own fat or mince mixed with eggs , only adding salt to your food & giving intermittent fasting a go
giving up smoking is def a good thing , i gave up years ago & only smoked weed straight , took a bit of getting used to it but what i found out was how much my need to smoke weed was more about the need for a tobacco hit than the canna hit
