I don't do soil but looks like it has everything needed and then some.. Maybe you can add some Neem meal to it? Is this for weed or other plants??

It's 14 bucks ber bag. I'm gunna run 18 this round so easy as isn't an option. I will probably end up running coco but I keep leaning towards dabbling with soil again. And I don't have the patience to wait for soil to cook if I were to create my own

I used their soil conditioner in my plot last year to get the garden bed ready. I was impressed. Went from fairly compact, sandy and lifeless looking dirt to worms everywhere I dug within a few weeks. Other factors like watering and turning the soil probably contributed but I didn't add anything other than the conditioner and some mulch and suddenly worms all over. I suspect their products are decent quality.

at $14 you get what ya pay for i guess , i don't mean that to sound nasty but it's a mix made to a price point with most likely mix performance is a secondary thought , can you grow a plant in a $14 soil mix ? of cause you can but when you see plants grow in a higher performance soil , you get it ! & when you consume the end result you then understand the difference between $14 for 25ltr bag & $50 for 25ltr bag

I'll assume if your growing 18 they will all be in smaller pots , my recommendation is buy a liquid nutrient ( even though there website says you don't need it ), again that's not a smart arse comment it's just management , if you flip a 25ltr pot after 4 weeks you'll still have a "minimum" of another 8 weeks of flower most likely in that pot , I'd be surprised if you weren't dealing with yellowing leaves somewhere along that 8 week + path , liquid nutrient suggestion is eco aminogro , around $20 at bunnings , you can use it from start to finish no need to change to a flowering nutrient it'll cover both bases , of cause i could be wrong re yellowing

as far as dabbling with soil go's i reckon your doing yourself a disservice & most likely can be ending in an unhappy experience , no difference if i did the same dabbling in coco , unless you commit fully it ends up being half arsed tail chasing scenario ' if coco is where you feel comfortable stick with & refine that i reckon

either way i'll be here & if i can help i will no probs , hopefully you'll be on it & dialed in & won't need any help & be smoking primo before you know it

oh & you don't need to cook all soil mixes , the mix i have made many times & have posted the mix on here can be used straight away if needs be

I'll admit i don't know first thing about soil, [not much else really], but i thought controlled release ferty was a no-no
I take it is not a weed based soil mix ?
Do they advertise as water only ?

The last living soil i tried was 60l pots its one of my grow diaries. The living soil experiment. I ran 4 in a home made living soil. Then I ran 6 in smaller pots in Another one of their mixes that had less inputs than this mix but I ran it with canna bio. Results were good. This mix has alot more in it

I use their Platinum potting mix cheaper if you go out with an 80 lt tub and fill from the heap.
Only use for house plants . Everything grows well in it . Not weed I am a sand man.

Nice looking mix but the problem is it’s gonna need a lot of topping up with di hydrogen monoxide,,
Or else it won’t work.

How much total soil volume do you need?

Please bear in mind for optimum results in soil, 100L per pot is recommended.
Yeah on that ratio I'd need 1800L, I like soil but it's always not practical unless I go with 4 huge plants to fill half my space. I don't have time to veg long this round I've got a 7 week hole in my production

Simply go with more plants. In a 30Gal pot (114L) 3 girls will grow out 6ft with zero issues. Ive seen 12 plants in a 4x2 bed.
