Not all UV is the same either, my lights have range from 390 - 420nm. seems the health risks start increasing greatly once you get to uvb etc.
Haven't heard the hermi claims? Wouldn't outdoors plants generally have a higher rate of hermis?
What I have seen shown is that too much UVB can actually start destroying resin glands at higher rates than it stresses the plant to produce them thus losing potency.
