This morning is throwing me. Been like this pretty much all morning. Wind was worse three days ago. All these "seek immediate shelter" warnings from the council yesterday seemed a bit over the top.

Bin runs cancelled today so there Gunna be rotten food everywhere.. all transport stopped.

I think we are getting so obsessed with over compensation. I could have told them there was no need to cancel all transport, all bin runs and services this early.

Oh I'll be enjoying it while it lasts for sure. Really not looking forward to the rain and flooding issues. The 7-11 down the road had a few inches of its roof sticking out of the flooding back in 2022 so a repeat of that would be terrible.
