That’s y I live here Bill could t handle it over there my brother is a landscape gardener in qld 35 n mowing all day yea nah not for me I’m better off in Antartica then Qld poor cunt got smashed in them storms he lives on Tambourine mt trees n shit everywhere massive chook house wrapped around trees that bad he needed a crowbar to get it off Fkn wild storm no power for a week at least he reckons no good poor buggers lost their lives to he reckon it was like a bomb goin off.

Yeah good storms we’ve had the last week or so.

We got hit by a similar one to Tamborine, trees down everywhere.
Certainly not good outdoor growing weather, plants would have copped some natural defoliation and high stress training!!

Btw. When you say it’s boiling in ya tent, what’s the actual temp?

Hot enough to make me balls sweat my battery in my thermometer went out I’d say 30 plus the Gavita light I use has it’s ballast connected to the shade so she gets pretty warm might have to get a spider farmer I dare say u blokes put up with a lot more heat that’s y I asked thought y’all might have some tricks for me I like the sprinkler on the shed trick I turned my dehuey off that will help but il need it in late flower got frozen water bottle in the intake atm that be cooling her down heaps but adds humidity? Catch 22 always grow nicer buds in the winter but the stash was gettin low so I gotta do what I gotta do

Thats good to know! Here I am getting all worried about my temps reaching high 20's for the last week in tent. Funny thing is I try not run the air con for myself for long periods to save a buck on bills but when it comes to the plants they have air con 24/7 lol

I would also think 30c is perfect!

If 30 was to high nobody in QLD could grow anything! Fuck I did 2 grows in a greenhouse that regularly got to 50c as long as the plants had water they fucking loved it!

Alright for you qlders I find with summer my yields go down they don’t seem to chunk up as much get a bit of foxtailing late flower that sort of thing if I could help it my grow would never go above 26 or under 21 but controlling environment in a tin shed near impossible I do have my tent sitting straight on the concrete normally have a thick blanket under it frozen water bottles plenty of weaker nutes everyday n I should be sweet good to know how others deal with a hotbox tent though plants aren’t missing a beat atm clean em up in a week or so then budding begins c how we go

There are some great threads on icmag about vertical growing. Huge yields but a longer veg time.
