I have a baby Mimosa plant in and it going ok so far. I'm putting another one in,2 these are supposed to be at least 29% THC, that's why I got them VIP access.

Has anyone on the forum had experience with this strain and any helpful advice would be appreciated!

Unless someone has grown your particular white label knock off, strain specific advice is pointless. To compare seeds from particular strains they would at least have to have come from the same breeder.
I have grown some white label Mimosa evo before with very mixed results, I currently have Mimosa Evo from Barney's Farm running along with a bunch of others.
Ideally your seeds should come packaged from the breeder like this so you know what you've got.

so these white label seeds, someone gets the real seeds and does their own fem seed run on them ?
sorry if that’s dumb, never bought them.
Generally, there's nothing substantively wrong with white label seeds. As long as they're very inexpensive. Because they can be very hit and miss. I'd reasonably expect to pay around $3 per fem white label seeds

For legit breeder seeds, expect to pay significantly more . If I made my own fem seeds from a legit breeder pack, I expect the offspring to produce something of similar quality to the breeder pack stuff. Notwithstanding existing differences in phenos. And that the breeder has a modicum of integrity in his/her work 😗 ( its not always the case).

Tbh, most of the obsessing with breeder vs white label is all an ego trip. There. I said it lol. Same with people who get all in their feelings over autos claiming they are trash yet they've all been smoking me autos for years with no complaints simply because I don't tell em they are autos..

I guarantee no one could tell any of me white label beside a breeder strain anyway, or a photo/auto side by side unless I told them what was what. Have kinda proved that a billion times already and it always cracks me up how adamant people become over this subject when the reality is that none of them could pick anything if I put five plants in front of em with no info to begin with..

I've even ran breeder gear vs white label of the same strain side by side but switched the labels and all the "pros" were "it's so obvious which one is the white label" and they couldn't be more wrong.

A good plant is a good plant regardless of who's name is on it, and to think otherwise is kinda lame. Just grow your plants and love what you do regardless.

That's been my experience most of the time, but I have had more white label beans shit the bed than from breeder packs. The so called breeder seeds from wwr are total rubbish knock offs, even when compared to their regular white label offerings which seemed ok to me. several people from pixie to sedge and myself have all had terrible results with their "breeder seeds" that are unlabelled

If they aren't labelled they ain't breeder seeds in my books anyways. The first time I went there it was obvious they were basically Spanish chuckers and took everything with a grain of salt so I came out well as I had no real expectations..

I do that with breeder packs anyways as some of the craziest pheno variation and herm rates were from the only breeder packs Ive purchased too in comparison to the white labels Ive ran so I might just have a sour taste in me mouth.

Leaving me to just agree that a good plant is a good plant regardless of where they are from. But at the end of the day I've never had any differences in germination or success regardless where I got seeds from so I've just had a good run of luck...especially popping 3-5 seeds at a time I don't have big samples for problems to really become apparent.

Until you try the "real" breeder phenos.

Pop a real Mimosa Evo vs a fake Mimosa and you'll know the difference

White label seeds can often look great in growth. After harvest, they don't always taste/smell similar to the real deal.

It's not a one size fits all.

As I said before, there's nothing inherently wrong with white label seeds. We're just rarely getting the true characteristics of what we paid for with white label.

For example I like Jim Beam. It looks and tastes like a bourbon. But it's not a Jack Daniels, which is a much smoother drink. So when I pay Jack Daniels price at a bar, and receive a Jim Beam, I feel disappointed because I can tell from the first sip, it's not a Jack Daniels.

I'm not saying all breeder pack stuff is legit, as theres also breeder ripoffs, as I just learnt with Brothers Grimm ( comeback) which is full of shitty genetics.

P.S. Are you sure you've proven it a *billion* times? 😉 Maybe just a million.

Shame about brothers grimm, I grew a few of theirs out about 18 years ago, held onto their Cindy and Apollo for a few years, good strains back then

Never tried any of his originals.
From all reports his C99 comeback is a fake. Apparently nothing like the original

Princess Haze (new) has attracted a few positive reviews. Until I grow some and they look like dwarf Mutations( 2 x centre left)

Close ups - first pheno is mangled, and second pheno doesn't want to produce a second set of fan leaves
