Free advice. Go back and have another look at your recent grow pics in a CTP medium.
Ive been growing in CTP mixes a while now. Green algae growth on the medium surface ( just like yours) is a sign of an issue, as CTP likes dry back.
I could provide you with a few suggestions on how to quickly fit, as Ive made the same mistake myself a few times with CTP.
