Those Dendrobians and Phals are doing great outdoorsJust some colours from my backyard..I like a mix of things but I love picking up the cheap orchids from the green box and I stick them on other plants in the garden and see how they turn out..oh yeah the big bonus is that orchids seem to like a similar liquid feed to the ladies so any fertiliser I have left over goes to the orchids. Ph 6.5ish and around 600ppm and they love it.

They do have nice flowers hey Harry. I lived in the UK about an hour south of London from '96-'99 and the place we rented had heaps of artichokes and asparagas growing in the back yard. I didn't know what to do with the artichokes so just let 'em flower lol .... but got heaps of asparagus, they must have been in the ground a while 'cause we got loads for months every year.View attachment 39955

Have a few of these growing randomly around the place. Glad I now know it's name lollove our wee black rose tree growing on our balcony alongside a fern that appeared from nowhere last year

@GlennT_59 hey bud they actually look like draceneas probably wrong spelling, I grow heaps of different cordylines and they do look very similar but different. And I could be dead wrong too..I didn't realise these cordyline's flowered, this is about 4 years old and just flowered the first time.
