Sounds like a regional delicacy mate. Down south in Kandahar, it's usually a few rounds to the goats head from a Kalishnokov rifle. Then into a cess pit full of hot rocks. Your Northern cuisine sounds much more appetising. But our southern goats are halal and verified virgins
