Other Thailand cannabis reports say :

"Public Health Minister Somsak Thepsutin said on Tuesday he had signed an order restricting cannabis use to strictly medical purposes.

People wanting to purchase cannabis would in future have to present a doctor’s prescription and a medical certificate detailing their condition, Mr Somsak said.
He did not say when the regulation would take effect.

The director-general of the Department of Thai Traditional and Alternative Medicine, Somlerk Jeungsmarn, said on Monday that authorities would allow a grace period before changes come into effect, so the parties concerned could prepare for it.

Mr Somsak confirmed that cannabis will be reclassified as a narcotic in the near future."

More money making venture...

Now you will have to pay for a doctor for a script for your ailment, who just by chance has a booth in the corner of the canna shop....

I was reading this online a few hours ago.
6 of the 7 committee members ( from various parties) have now recommended decriminalisation in NSW.

But the fuckwit Minns, has recently done a full u turn. Despite his platform promise in 2019 to legalise cannabis, he now says that they ( NSW Labor Party)don't have a mandate to decriminalisation 🤡

Another filthy lying politician.
Greasy back-handed bribes from big business, stopping progress.

Same in Victoria, with most politicians in favour of legalisation, being held back by big business bribes to the major parties.

You're spot on, even with the recent drugs summit, they've done a full u-turn on literally everything regarding drugs. Before they came to power they were really progressive with cannabis and other drugs. Seems not so much now.
TBH, I think its a bit fishy. I feel they have it mapped out and how they would go about legalising it. But only if certain conditions are met. For them to do such a u-turn means they've had a deep think about it.

Major parties have gradually been losing votes to Legalise Cannabis Party for the last handful of elections.

Instead of listening to the voters, they promote bullshit false hope stories about reviews/summits/committees. etc......blah....blah....blah.

Minns has NO intention to touch our Cannabis laws. Just like every other fuckwit aligned with either of the major parties.

They’re dreaming 😂
Can’t even manage tobacco 🤦🏼‍♂️
Australia all over is predominantly red like the US states and blue like California in urban pockets.
Loose medical works. Quality will go to shit if industrialised.
Boutique growers would be the dream 🙈
