So how long does the garlic take till harvest? Haven’t take real good care of them but they appear to be starting to die off..

Hey chook, plant garlic bulbs in winter and usually harvest late nov early dec.

Hey when spring onions or shallots if your a fancy fuck get to that flowering point, what's the go with seed collection process? I've never looked into it

I hand strip the seeds into a paperbag before they open up
let them dry out then into a film canister
spring onions etc have tiny little black seeds

I let Spring onions go to seed years back and they just kept growing in the same spot so thought I’d leave a couple to do the same This time.
