I got pests on my favourite lady

When I changed the tents around from my indoor grow I left the munted lady outside just to see what would happen and these have appeared on the backside of her leaves. I've got a few assumptions but wondering what they might be.
I've been pest vigilant in the tent so don't think its spread and she was kept in an out of the way area in the yard so they'd have to hop or spread a long way through stuff to get into the tent.
I'm going to have a shower and change my clothes before I open the tent next just to be vigilant.
Anyone have any idea what they are?

Thanks for the help everyone. Was after an identification but I reckon I'll give Pyrethrum a run for a few nights if I decide to keep it

Looks like you got a three for one deal with the bugs. I pretty much stopped running shit outside at me mums as no matter how much pre-emptive IPM with eco oil, dipel, Castile soap and yucca extract I always end up with a metric shit ton of grubs, pillars and aphids left right and centre.

Yard is pumped full of natives and I'd have to remove everything else or nuke everything (would cost a fortune) before a run would be feasible.

Last place was super forgiving outside. Used to get some minor flat mite infestations but no real pillars or grubs.

Careful with pyrethrum, as it can burn cannabis plants when applied at full strength. My experience has shown no visible damage to plants if applied at half strength.
Spray at onset of darkness.
Obviously avoid using it altogether if buds have started to set.
