They work very well. I stopped sealing mine that tight because when you open it again heaps of trics are stuck to the bag.

Yeah the Kmart one is great.
Their plastic rolls are pretty expensive though, I ended up just getting 10× 6 meter rolls off eBay for $45

Every time I try and bend a plant over it just snaps clean. There goes the top three/four nodes lol. Bent her back into shape and all is good. Yield decrease successful.
