Right... So Denmark has declared solidarity with the EU in opposition to the US tariffs. Is there any real surprise here, given their geographic proximity & access to a more local customer-base? Less transport costs reduces their overheads. Less tariffs on their products? That's a no-brainer!

Just because it never went to court & a verdict found, doesn't mean it didn't happen or there is no guilt. Did you actually read the indictment? The allegation was that she was told not to say anything (in & of itself, an admission of guilt) under the threat of death/harm to her & her family.
