So what? About 2 weeks in freezer.
Must be a way with weight to calculate if it’s dry. Doesn’t seem enough difference yet.

Yeah it’s cool. I did see that when I trimmed it. It’s just a brown leaf ( solo) I didn’t cut out very well ( lazy). But good spotting

57 grams now. Slow. I’m guessing because the freezer is full it’s slower to draw all moisture out.
But nothing looks like it’s going bad in any way. Looks the same as the day it went in.
Dry stuff stored in the fridge is good. Smokable straight out. Still curing though.

Here's my fist attempt at freeze-drying. Critical Orange Punch that have been in the freezer for a bit over 7 weeks now in seedling trays:
The next part of the equation is what to do with them for longer-term storage? They smelled superb as soon as I opened the freezer for this photo-op, so I don't want to lose all those lovely terp's.
Vac-seal them in small amounts & back into the freezer? Vac-seal & into a cool/dark environment? Jar them up with Boveda packs?
Thoughts?

Yeah. I need to decide also.
At this stage I’ll probably put in buckets with lids and large Bodeva packs.
Store in the fridge and freezer, but I’ll run out of room someone will probably be in jars out of the fridge/ freezer. I’ll smoke them first.
Vacuum sealed seems like the best idea though, could fit a lot in a freezer like that. . Hmmmmm.

My production faaar out-strips my consumption (at last count, I had enough to last about 150 years) & storage space is definitely at a premium.

Yep, I bought one of those portable washing machines in order to churn most of this year's OD stuff into bubble hash as a winter weekend project.
I've tried using dry ice in the past, but whilst it was quick & effective, it wasn't really good quality.
