Why is the top stem so fat?

Guy's I noticed the top of this plant the steam is near fat as the bottom, whats up with it?

I tipped the other plants to level up, but I'm unsure how or to tip this one?? it's Gorilla Glue.

There is a gorilla glue same age, same food. Top is not as fat! that's why I asked, thanks for the tipping advice, I was really unsure and didn't want to screw it up. Thank you
