Hey guys, what's your time frames for prunning?
How often, how intense?when is it too much?
how many times in veg and how many in flower?
Also, how many times do you defoliate in flower and how hard?
Cheers guys, keep up the good work...

Usually I'll let the plant grow out untouched to 7-8 nodes and top at the 6th node (roughly three weeks). I'll completely remove the lowest two nodes if they don't develop as much when I top and leave 4-5 good nodes. About 5 days after topping I'll remove the main fans as they'll be sweating/shading the branching underneath.

I'll flip around 4-5 weeks in and once stretch resides about 2-3 weeks after flip I'll remove any lower shoots that didn't develop (usually the first few nodes on the lowest two sets of branches, especially). I'll generally leave as much as I can unless there's some type of sweating issue or the plants unusually close with its spacing.

Similar to vin but it depends on the strain too.
Sometimes I'll just crush the main and bend it down to the 2nd node if it's lanky.

Clones I'll top at around the 4th or 5th node.

Defol around the 3rd or 4th week of flower, just mostly big fan leaves that get in the way of things and strip 1/4 of the plant thinning out any bits at the bottom that don't get any light.

Don't have to be too heavy on the defol but it helps keep the humidity down and mould at bay 👍🏼

i also defol when i switch into flower, or the first few days into flower...and then again at week 3/4...is that too much stress ???

In most cases I wouldn't think so.. but all plants react differently, some can deal with a lot of abuse while others might crack the shits and throw Hermie bits from the slightest environmental changes or other stresses.

Some breeders encourage removing the lower larf at flower to "stop the onset of herm pollen sacs", some strains do throw pollen sacs early flower which I think is just down to genetics.
