Probably not. Need to find out the spectrum or kelvin value. I'm guessing, you might get away with vegging under them, at best.

  • Color Temperature: 3200K~5600K
  • CRI: ≥96
These are the ranges, but for some of the lights you only set one colour at a time, even if it can do a range (ie. you select daylight OR tungsten but not both simultaneously.

No worries - I might get a second light just to use in a wardrobe for seedlings/veg. Thanks mate.

If your looking for something cheap and you've got any spare led globes, I've had good luck with photography splitters off eBay and household globes I had stashed in the closet. Threw in 4x2700k 11w globes and three 14w 6500k globes.

This was the result.

As long as it's got a mix of warm and cool white it should be fine though, if you already have them I'd give it a go.

Thanks mate - wow, that grow was using just the 4 globes? Very impressive!

7 globes, and I had a helping hand in the way of a 20hr flowering photoperiod. Was an auto.

Wouldn't have had enough coverage or accumulation over 12 hours.

When I think about it that way it's a bit misleading haha.

I believe 3360 lux/m @ 4000K would equate to about 55-60 ppfd. This is too weak for even vegetative growth. It's common to start seedlings at 100, veg 400-700, and flower 700-1000 ppfd. On the reverse hand, my HLG LED grow light makes a cracker of a photography light. When I upgrade my grow tent, I'm keeping the HLG for food photography!

Shit I missed that. I thought it was 33600lux at first glance lol. Thats out of the question then.

I was like...that's pretty fucking bright for a photography light.

How easy it is to misread when you only glance over..
