Have had that calcium rust/mite looking mottling before but never really figured out what it was. Didn't end up progressing too much.

Hope you find a culprit.

Doesn’t look like mildew. No fuzzy shit, no wipe off, no mycelium pattern.
This is more like stippling or early scarring. Mildew doesn’t show up as little freckles, it shows up like someone dusted the leaf with icing sugar or flour.
Check the undersides for mites/symptoms just to be safe, but this doesnt scream "fungal doom" in my opinion.

Yea I had a thorough look around for anything crawling and it seems clear but yea they do look like teeth marks or something had had a nibble,, the little cunts.

It's kinda funny tbat humans are the only species that decided fuck blending into our surroundings and instead lets wear the most outrageously bright clothes so we stand out like a sore thumb haha

If only spider mites dressed like flavor flav we'd easily spot em haha
