So I’m looking to do a grow for her.
She’s not a big stoner, but partakes occasionally.
Has a shoulder injury, had op but still pain.

Finding it hard to find her something not couch lock.

I’m old school northern lights, n that’s way too much for her she couldn’t handle that.

Thinking a Sativa pref auto, as huge yields not necessary.

Something mibbe light n buzzy but provide bit pain relief?

Just asking if someone mibbe in same boat n had a recommendation?

I have couple tents n happy to do a grow for her..

Just open to suggestions?

Cheers

I'm still a bit of a novice mate, but i would suggest a 1;1 ratio of cbd to thc
Easier 4 newbies 2 adjust or lightweights like myself 2 handle
Still good pain relief without the couchlock
C.G Aust offer a cbd gold which is pretty cruisey or even critical mass in sm amounts
Go online and look up enterouge effect, ther are shitloads out there

lol ... i think affie bob is being quite humble RidingOnwards ... he has a lot of knowledge and i reckon his suggestions are spot on.

another strain that might also be helpful (but I don't know where to get the seeds from) is an auto jack herer - should provide the effect you are after. if wanting something with even more zip (think 'i love cleaning and doing mundane jobs' strain while feeling no pain) ... then acapulco gold from barney's seeds would fit the bill. something a little more euphoric (slightly less zippy) but still able to do daytime tasks with ease and not think about pain, would be lemon skunk.

if looking at random strains and can get their terpene profile ... to get a happy and energetic strain that decreases pain, try to get something that contains: α-pinene, limonene, linalool and/or caryophyllene
