Yes and no, lots of the street weed is Vietnamese pgr bud, it's basically poison which just gives you a headache, super dense, pretty much still damp, burns like shit gunking shit up and smells like grass clippings, not to mention that there's absolutely zero trichomes as the plant growth regulators stunts/inhibits the formation of trichomes entirely.

Then compare that with the fine folks of tse, almost everything grown here would beat most medical hands down.

I would say you are right 80% of the time though

Ive noticed everything I've seen going around the street over the years has always has the same smell and feel. Used to be brown paclobutrazol laced death stones in the mid 00s-mid 10s here in bris, now it's moved to chlormaquat loaded slightly less carcinogenic trash that still has that same muted Peppery lawn clipping profile we all love to hate.

There's some half decent stuff going around but people want some crazy prices in comparison to the run of the mill PGR weed. People popping up on FB groups throwing fire emojis over thrice filtered pics asking for 400 plus for a zip.
