Recently, a disgruntled contractor we fired has unfortunately been trying to tarnish our reputation with negative review bombing trying to extort us for money, he even was silly enough to post on social media. Now have dealt with that, but we know that real feedback from real customers makes the biggest difference, so if you can spare a moment, it would mean a lot.
