Nah, like Anoma mentioned. They can enter under the health act, and do a welfare check. Just not sure if it's age restricted or not though.

I feel like it should be similar if a cop did an illegal search of your car. If there was no reasonable means to search but then they do. It can be proven unlawful and any evidence dismissed. Should be they same for her and her home. They weren’t they with suspicion and a warrant. So any weed should not be permissible.
