My normal guy sent me powder form Nutrients, supposed to be exact same as what's made up...mentioned mix it with warm water. How warm should it be? the water?

If it feels neither hot or cold when you put you hand in it will be fine to feed with.

For mixing I dunno, but hot enough to dissolve it

I mix mine up in boiling water and add to my reservoir.
It's generally 2 parts, calcium nitrate gets mixed first and added to res, then the other part (potassium, phosphorus, magnesium and trace elements) get mixed and added after.

If you attempt to mix together the calcium and magnesium will react and make a precipitate which looks like white mud or chalk
