Is this bud rot?

Hi I noticed that one of my plants is already showing preflowers the smorn on my rounds after a closer look seems like I have something that resembles bud rot. Can anyone help me out with this.

Once your flowers are set try to avoid wetting them if at all possible,especially don't spray with lights on or hot and dry during the day outdoor.
Use the Charlie carp as media watering only.
Looks like the girls may have got hot and or dry.
Maybe a seaweed juice to encourage root growth help with general health and worm castings good out door too.👍

Yea I normally stop foliar feeding when I see they have started flowering and only watering medium after that, my plants don't usually start flowering till mid Feb here so I wasn't looking and i reckon the Charlie carp must of maybe burned the tiny buds. The plant is other ways healthy and growing beaut no more signs of crispy tips.
