Thing that confused me was they reckon all the lights are less than 5 hours working time, and everything is clean. But you're right, it does, maybe they went bust early or failed expansion etc.Looks like microgreens
I reckon its not all there. Like some has been sold off already or gone to another facility and this is leftovers or foreclosedWeird they had such a big setup but there's only 2 small filtration systems considering their space![]()
Yeah that makes alot of senseI reckon its not all there. Like some has been sold off already or gone to another facility and this is leftovers or foreclosed
apart from office furniture anything that is a hassel to unbolt or disconnect or even just move is there for sale. Everything else has gone
the lights have already been scoped out unfortunatelyYeah that makes alot of sense
I was eyeing the ac gear but the auctions already creeping towards rrp so to rich for my blood
I don't reckon this place even got off the ground, lights have only been on to test them. theres no irrigation and like you've said its spotlessThing that confused me was they reckon all the lights are less than 5 hours working time, and everything is clean. That compartment on the right looks like it was made for clones, the rest of the setup looks like it was for mature weed plants.
Some nepo baby probably got startup money from their parents and then failed to meet the criteria for growing cannabis.
The way they've stacked it all up so you have to use a scissor lift to access plants would have probably been deemed unsafe and ridiculous lol
Plus they would have failed to provide adequate security, apparently that's where most fail when it comes to inspections, all the money is spent on grow gear but none look into security measures, the inspection alone is thousands of dollars.
- Single Licence Application: $14,290
- Initial Cultivation & Production (C&P) Permit: $12,800
- Annual Licence Charge: Over $26,500
- Application-Based Inspection: $9,870. This occurs after submitting a new license, permit, or variation application to evaluate the premises.
- Routine/Ongoing Inspection (Type 1): $13,360. This is an onsite compliance check executed via a risk-based schedule to monitor ongoing adherence to the Narcotic Drugs Act.
- Verification Inspection (Type 2): $5,090. This is a targeted onsite or virtual assessment to verify specific pieces of information submitted to the ODC.
Might have been like those people you'd see at the RTA who would sit and fail the hazard perception test over and over, while the dumb parents kept forking out $40 each time lol...

There is more economic inequality now than before the French Revolution. We should be building guillotines. Not helping build ships to fuckin Mars
