Two Four 'n' Twenty pies fresh from the freezer. Mirowaved to perfection & lovingly glazed with a proprietary melange of Coles home-brand tomato sauce & home-made chilli sauce.

An evening repast fit for Royalty (or perhaps Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.....??).

Coles brand sauce is decent. Their american mustard tastes better than the more expensive brands too.

I'll join in on the ghetto feeds. Coles 2min noodles tossed in chilli oil, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil and a touch of chinese wine. Some left over salad thrown on in an attempt to make me look like a civilized being.

Now onto dinner.

Beans and carrots tossed in a bit of lightly infused MCT oil.

Hard to smoke at home so it's always biscuits or oil. Getting real low though.
