honest rundown,

Does anyone have suggestions about growing 2 plants at least 300-400 grams (maybe 3/4 plants if needed) indoors with the cheapest setup. A lot of the stuff is American and I know it’s spend more get the quality…
But can it be done?

Suggestions?

A 3x3 tent, 4 plants and reputable 300w bar light light should get you to 300g pretty easily once you settle in, and around a lb if you do a good job filling the canopy. How much you want to spend is the big question. Generally you'll see anywhere from 0.8-1.5g per watt of light depending on how well you do.

30-40w/ft² as a general rule of thumb. So 270-360w in a 3x3, 480-640w in a 4x4.

Welcome along mate, I wouldn’t be worried about gram to watt ratios when starting out.

Do a few grows get a feel for it, dial in your setup, learn learn learn. Play with different strains, sky is the limit with growing.

Don’t skimp on your light, and buy a good dehumidify for flowering.

I run Digi lumen Halo 720w they are cheap and work very well, i also just picked up 2× phlizon 1000w on marketplace for 400 the pair. I was a bit sceptical about them being an relatively unknown china light, but they fill a 1.2 tent wall to wall and im only running it at 400w but build quality the digi lumen is lighter, i seen them on grow kings and Epping hydroponics for 500 bucks
