Stew, Turkish style with added 2tsp cumin and coriander seed.
Substituted peppers with both smoked and sweet paprika and added tomato paste for a richer depth of flavour (not listed in the recipe just my own addition to an already great recipe).

Nearing the end I add 2 tbsp of cream, which mellows out the acidity from the tomato paste.

The Mrs went out shopping today, so I took advantage of her absence & cranked-up the stereo to 11 & made a lasagne fuelled by modern prog-rock:

Your air fryer has multiple shelves & a rotisserie??? That's one HELL of an air-fryer!!!!

Looks superb. Recipe please?
It's a Kmart airfryer, looks like they got a newer model out but yes it does an amazing rotisserie chicken, cooks perfectly everytime too https://www.kmart.com.au/product/24...g6Rb1usI4F4bjClueIXVxa0o6EEY&region_id=200001

I don't like apple cider vinegar in sauces, so I used white vinegar, also doubled the amount of garlic and onion salt and added a tiny bit of chili flakes with the teaspoon of cayenne.

What I like to do is boil the nibbles for 10 minutes before draining and chucking into the airfryer. It just makes them look cleaner and I find the skin crisps up so much better too.

So just chuck them in on 200°c, cook about 6-7 mins until the skin begins to get some colour, flip em over and do the same thing and then baste with sauce, 3 mins and turn them over and baste, another 3 mins and done.

If you want them really crispy keep them in longer and the skin bubbles up beautifully.
Been boiling nibbles for ages and it works a treat, works great with thigh fillets (with skin on obviously).

Others add hot sauce / tabasco for extra kick but completely optional
