I thought he said last week ( when Zelensky was in USA) that HE had all the cards.

This is a long watch, but you can see the degeneration in cognitive function from a successful businessman, capable of coherently answering a direct question & not wandering off-topic, through making money from product endorsements & his own mega-celebrity, displaying what "appears" to be genuine empathy for the 911 victims, to the man we see today.

It wouldn't surprise me if a lot of this was (& still is) attributable to excessive use of stimulants.
